General

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum. Free shipping starts at $1000.

Can I customize your collections?

Email us at hello@bloominous.com after you draft your order (no payment required) and ask about customization.

How fresh are your flowers?

You don’t want to risk your floral budget on flowers that wilt before your "I dos". Our farmers harvest your flowers fresh and ship direct from farm to table. Because we start with fresher ingredients, you get to take home a piece of your wedding day that lasts longer.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states (min order is $1,000.00 for Hawaii). To protect the flowers from extreme heat and cold, some locations during the summer and winter months may be restricted. We do not ship to U.S. territories.

How soon should I order?

As soon as you’re ready!  We can take orders up to a year in advance. Orders must be completed by 30 days before your wedding date. If a particular weekend is full, delivery dates may close long before the 30 day cutoff.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping site-wide on orders over $1000.

What are the payment terms?

You can cancel your order anytime up to 60 days before your delivery date.

Can I change my delivery option if I changed my mind after the order is placed?

Without question! Whether you opted for full service or DIY, you can change your delivery option anytime up to 90 days before your delivery date. Please email us at designers@bloominous.com to begin the request.

Full-Service Wedding Flowers

What does full-service include?

On your wedding day, you will receive your bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other wedding party arrangements hand-delivered to you. We usually drop them off in your bridal room, but we can arrange them to be dropped off elsewhere if needed (distance limitations apply). We will also set up the flowers at your venue. All reception centerpieces are placed and freshened before the wedding so they look perfect when the doors open. We'll install the ceremony archway flowers, decorate the altar table, lay petals in areas of your choosing, decorate the cake, embellish the bar with flowers, and lay out the garlands. We have a dedicated coordinator working with you through the logistics so we know exactly how you want it. If you don't have a preference, we can recommend some options!

What is the cost of full-service?

We pride ourselves with no hidden costs - The flowers cost exactly the same as the Do-It-Yourself option. The only thing you are paying is for the service to arrange, deliver, and set up the flowers. The final price depends on what is purchased. The total price is automatically calculated at checkout.

Can I give you my own vases?

Unfortunately, no. In order to ensure we have the right amount of flowers, we need to use our vases that has already been tested.

Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flower Kits

What's included in one of your kits?

We include pre-portioned flowers and the assembly instructions. We do not send hardware or vases.

Where do I store my flowers?

Just keep them in a cool place away from sunlight. Certain stems, such as anemones, peonies and ranunculus, can benefit from cooler temperatures in the fridge. If you do keep flowers in the refrigerator, keep them away from fruits and vegetables as they can emit ethylene. These gases can deteriorate the life span of flowers.

How do you ship?

We ship Priority Overnight which means the flowers leave our studio at night and arrive at your door by 10:30am local time to most cities in the US. Our DIY kits require a signature as they cannot be left outside.

When will my flowers be delivered?

Please select your wedding date at checkout. We will determine your delivery date based on the following schedule. Friday weddings have a Tuesday-Wednesday delivery. Saturday weddings have a Wednesday-Thursday delivery. Sunday weddings have a Thursday-Friday delivery. Please note if your wedding falls on a federal holiday where FedEx has modified shipping schedules, these delivery windows will change.

Do you do Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Weddings?

Not for Do-It-Yourself Kits.

How long does it take to DIY the arrangements?

Most of our brides have a few people (bridesmaids, groom, groomsman, and family/friends) to help. The first time you create a piece, it will take about 20 minutes. Once you’re familiar with it, the next time you do it will be a lot quicker and you can finish it in 10 minutes.

What should I do when I receive my flowers?

You should immediately take the flowers out of the box. Give a quarter inch 45 degree angled cut at the base of each stem. Place the flowers in clean cool water for at least 4 hours.
