1. Online Store Terms
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
3. Order Changes / Cancellations
Bloominous allows for orders changes and cancellations 60 days prior to scheduled delivery date. There is a 5% grower cancellation fee and bank service fee for any refunds. There are no refunds if cancelled inside 60 days to the wedding. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call us at 213-463-7466 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*COVID-19 Related Cancellations: If your original wedding date fell between the months of March 2020 and March 2022, customers may cancel or postpone their wedding dates inside the span of 15 days to the wedding. No refunds will be given if cancelled within 15 days to the wedding. Postponements over 1 year would require a repricing of the order. All weddings must be completed within 2 years of the original wedding date. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have been postponed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Bloominous ships based on your wedding date. Our delivery window is is as follows:

*Please note that if the week falls on a Federal Holiday, this delivery window will change.
We will provide you with your tracking number once the package is inside the FedEx system. It is recommended that someone be available to receive the package so it does not sit outside under sunlight or is lost or stolen.
5. All Sales Final Policy
Once an order is shipped, Bloominous has a strict "All-Sales-Final" Policy. We have extremely high standards for flower quality with each stem inspected prior to packaging. We do not pack any flowers that fail our quality control.
We opt to only use FedEx Priority Overnight shipping to give your flowers the best transit experience. Although over 90% of our packages arrive on time, there are instances when FedEx cannot fulfill their service commitments due to weather or mechanical issues with their planes. Because Bloominous has no control over this, you agree by placing an order with us that Bloominous is not responsible for any delays or damage caused by FedEx for any reason and NO REFUNDS will be given as a result of such delays or damage.
6. FedEx Declared Value Option
While Bloominous does not assume responsibility for damaged or lost product due to FedEx services, you have the option to purchase "FedEx Declared Value" to protect you in certain instances when FedEx does not deliver and causes damaged or lost of product.
